What are my shipping options and costs?

- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for a balance of speed and value.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders of $50 or more. Shipped via EMS. Estimated delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for non-urgent orders.
Where do you ship to?
We are proud to ship worldwide from our base in Washington, US. However, due to carrier restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to a few select Asian countries and some remote regions. Our checkout system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your address.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Once your item is packed and handed to our carrier partner, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
