1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be requested within 15 days of the date you received the shipment.
  • Be unused, in its original condition, and in the original, undamaged packaging (including any protective wraps for Artificial Trees or Artificial Shrubs & Topiaries).
  • Include all parts, tags, and accessories that were originally included.
  • Not be a non-returnable item (see Section 5 below).

2. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Decorative Accessories & Home Décor Accents that are fragile or intimate in nature, such as certain Dream Catchers, Decorative Swags, and Hme Décor Accents, if the original protective packaging has been opened or compromised.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of use.
  • Items purchased during a final clearance or special promotion marked as “Final Sale.”

*This policy is in place to maintain the pristine quality of our handcrafted décor, much like the care we take in selecting each Artificial Plant & Greenery piece for our collection.

3. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our Washington facility. Please do not ship any items back without an RMA number.
  3. Package Securely: Carefully repack the item in its original, sturdy packaging. Include all original contents. Please use a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring the package, as you are responsible for it until it reaches our warehouse.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address we provide. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective item.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Timelines & Methods

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timeline: Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we approve the return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Deductions: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of exchanges, we will only charge any difference in price and any additional shipping costs.
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider’s policies.

5. Exchange Process

Want a different Artificial Ficus tree or a larger Christmas Wreath? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. In your initial email, please clearly state the item you wish to exchange for, including the product name and SKU if possible. We will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected. If the new item has a higher value, we will invoice you for the difference plus any additional shipping. For a lower-value item, we will refund the difference.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item (e.g., a Corner Shelf instead of the Floating Shelf you ordered), please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for the item and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
