Returns & Exchanges Policy

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our Customer Care team at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number. You may use the template provided at the end of this policy.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions to our Washington facility. Do not ship items back without an RMA.
  3. Package Securely: Carefully repack the item in its original, sturdy packaging with all contents. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the package until it arrives at our warehouse.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address we provide. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will email you regarding the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timeline: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we approve the return.
  • Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety, hygiene, and pristine quality of our handcrafted décor—akin to the care we take in selecting each Artificial Plant & Greenery piece—the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fragile or Intimate Decorative Accessories & Home Décor Accents (such as certain Dream Catchers, Decorative Swags, and Home Décor Accents) if the original protective packaging has been opened or compromised.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or showing signs of use.
  • Items purchased during a final clearance or promotion marked “Final Sale.”

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item (e.g., a Corner Shelf instead of a Floating Shelf), please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage/incorrect item and its packaging.
