• Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings. Product dimensions are approximate.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) under these Terms. Order acceptance occurs when we send a shipping confirmation email.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Service Area: We ship globally but exclude certain remote regions and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and subject to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.
• You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Our detailed Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

• Window: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original, undamaged packaging with all tags.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain fragile or intimate décor items (e.g., specific Dream Catchers, Decorative Swags, Home Décor Accents) with opened packaging, final sale items, and any damaged or used products cannot be returned.
• Process: You must contact Customer Care at [email protected] to receive an RMA number before returning any item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after return approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Organic Plant Shop, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or any products, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase of products shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
